WHAT WE OFFER

The Offerings

Each offering is shaped to you — your history, your ancestors, what you carry, what you need. No two sessions are alike, because no two people are. Every one begins with conversation and ends with grounding, so you leave clear, not floating.

All sessions available in person (Seattle & the Pacific Northwest) or by Zoom, en español or in English.

01

Ancestral Journey Work

Drum and rattle open the road between worlds — a way of traveling our peoples have kept for thousands of years. Bernardo guides you to meet your ancestors and your guides, to ask what needs asking, and to bring back what they hold for you: counsel, retrieval, medicine for the spirit.

90 MINUTES

$180

For you if: you feel cut off from your lineage, you have questions only the old ones can answer, or part of you went missing somewhere along the way.

02

Energy Protection & Clearing

Some heaviness is not yours. This session finds and releases energetic attachments, intrusions, and cords, then builds protection the way the old ones taught — boundaries set with prayer, your own field returned to you, and simple practices to keep it that way.

90 MINUTES

$180

For you if: you feel drained around certain people or places, watched, weighed down, or unable to shake something off.

03

Limpia · Energy Cleansing

The classic cleansing of our traditions: copal, flower, egg, prayer, and song, offered with full protocol and deep respect. A limpia releases what has attached itself to you — grief, fright, envy, heaviness — and restores your natural brightness. Seasonal ceremonies and temazcal preparation are also offered here.

VARIES

from $200

For you if: you know the word limpia from your grandmother's house, or you've simply felt “off” for longer than you can explain.

04

Ancestral Recovery Ceremony

The heartbeat of Mother Earth. Drum, rattle, and voice shift what is stagnant, carry prayers to the ancestors, and call back the parts of you that scattered along the way. People often describe leaving this ceremony feeling like themselves again — sometimes for the first time in years.

60 MINUTES

$130

For you if: something in you scattered — after a loss, a fright, a long hard season — and you want it called home.

05

Lineage & Ancestral Healing

What travels in the blood can be tended in the blood. This deeper work sits with inherited patterns and old family wounds — and just as importantly, with inherited gifts. We honor the ancestors, release what was never yours to carry, and strengthen what they meant for you to have.

2 HOURS

$240

For you if: you recognize your family's oldest patterns repeating in your own life, and you're ready to be the one who tends them.

06

Distance Healing

Prayer has never needed a passport. Distance sessions carry the same reverence, the same preparation, and the same depth as in-person work — received from wherever you are in the world, with a conversation by Zoom before and after.

60 MINUTES

$110

For you if: you live far from Seattle, or you simply receive best in your own space.

07

Group Healing Circle

Some healing only happens together. Circles serve families, work teams, and communities of up to twelve — shared ceremony, collective release, and the restored connection that follows. Held in person or online.

Hand in Field

Sobadas Mexicas y Curación de Rebozo

Hands-on medicine in the Mexica and curandera tradition

Sobada Mexica

01

The Sobada Mexica is a deep therapeutic massage from the curandera tradition of our people. With the hands, and at times with warm oils, the belly and body are worked to guide back into place what has shifted, to release what has become stuck, and to return the body to its balance and its flow.

It is a hands-on medicine for those who come after a fall, with urinary discomfort, with hip pain, with a heavy belly or organs out of place, and for the woman who has just given birth and needs her body to settle again. The sobada supports the work of the organs, aids circulation, and releases the tension the body holds.

60 - 75 MINUTES

$150

Each session is offered with intention and respect, the way this medicine has always been practiced: slowly, by touch, listening to what the body has to say.

Curación de Rebozo

02

The Curación de Rebozo is one of the most tender and powerful practices of the Mexica and curandera tradition. The rebozo —the woven shawl of our grandmothers— is used to wrap, to rock, and to close the body.

In the cerrada, the closing, the rebozo is placed point by point across the body, from the head to the hips, and with a gentle, firm pressure the body is closed and gathered, drawing back together what life, birth, a fall, or a fright left open. It is a deep embrace that collects the body and the spirit and returns them to their center.

It is especially sacred for a woman in her cuarentena, the forty days after birth, when the body that opened to give life needs to close, to settle, and to rest. It also accompanies those rising from a fall, an illness, or a hard season, who need to feel whole again.

60 - 75 MINUTES

$150

It is offered with prayer and intention, as my Maestra Irma taught me, in the lineage of the curanderas who came before us.

Beautiful Nature

Rebozo Healing

Harmony and equilibrium, woven by hand

Rebozo Healing

Before you had words, you had cloth. Someone wrapped you, carried you, rocked you — and your nervous system learned its first definition of safety. For generations across Mexico, the rebozo has been that cloth: woven by hand, passed from grandmother to mother to child, used by healers to hold, to rock, to gather a person back into themselves.

Rebozo Healing at Seven Trees returns you to that first language. Not to talk about being held. To be held.

What a session is

You remain fully clothed, resting on a comfortable surface. Working with the rebozo, I wrap, cradle, and gently rock the body — the slow, rhythmic movement the tradition calls la manteada — releasing what the body has gripped for years and inviting what the tradition understands as balance to return. Some sessions are quiet from beginning to end. Some bring tears, laughter, and memories. All of them end with the body gathered, settled, and wrapped in stillness before you rise.

Each session opens with a brief conversation about what you're carrying and closes with time to land. You set the pace. You can pause anything, at any moment, with a word.

This work is for you if

You are recovering a self you set down somewhere along the way. You give care easily and receive it with difficulty. You are meeting your inner child and finding that some conversations happen below language — in rhythm, weight, and warmth. You have done the talking work, and something in the body is still waiting its turn.

What people carry away

A body that remembers how to rest. A softer voice toward yourself. The felt experience — often for the first time in adulthood — of being completely held with nothing asked of you in return. Harmony is not something I place in you; it is something the cloth and the rocking help your own body recall.

A note of respect and honesty

The rebozo is living cultural inheritance, and I offer this work from my own lineage, with reverence. Rebozo Healing is a traditional practice of rest and restoration. It complements — and never replaces — medical care or psychotherapy, and I will gladly work alongside your therapist if deep waters rise.

Individual sessions, 75 minutes. Offered in person at Seven Trees Healing.

75 - 90 MINUTES

$175

— HOW A SESSION UNFOLDS

It begins on the ground, and it ends there too.

Every session begins on the ground: A real conversation about what brought you here and what you hope to release or recover. The work itself may include drum, rattle, voice, copal, flower, prayer — and silence, which does more than people expect. It ends on the ground too: what you noticed, what to carry with you, and what to do in the days that follow.

Preparing: Wear comfortable clothes. Bring water. Eat lightly beforehand if you can. Give yourself a soft half hour afterward — no rushing straight into traffic or meetings. Come as you are; skepticism is welcome, and sincerity is all that's required
