Drum and rattle open the road between worlds — a way of traveling my peoples have kept for thousands of years. I guide you to meet your ancestors and your guides, to ask what needs asking, and to bring back what they hold for you: counsel, retrieval, medicine for the spirit.

Some heaviness is not yours. In this session I find and release energetic attachments, intrusions, and cords, then build protection the way the old ones taught me: boundaries set with prayer, your own field returned to you, and simple practices to keep it that way.

The classic cleansing of our traditions: copal, flower, egg, prayer, and song, offered with full protocol and deep respect. A limpia releases what has attached itself to you — grief, fright, envy, heaviness — and restores your natural brightness. I also offer seasonal ceremonies and temazcal preparation here.

The drum is the heartbeat of Mother Earth. Drum, rattle, and voice move what is stagnant, carry prayers to the ancestors, and call back the parts of you that scattered along the way. People often tell me they leave this ceremony feeling like themselves again — some for the first time in years.

What travels in the blood can be tended in the blood. This deeper work sits with inherited patterns and old family wounds — and, just as importantly, with inherited gifts. Together we honor your ancestors, release what was never yours to carry, and strengthen what they meant for you to have.

Prayer has never needed a passport. My distance sessions carry the same reverence, the same preparation, and the same depth as the work I do in person — received from wherever you are in the world, with a conversation by Zoom before and after.

Some healing only happens together. I hold circles for families, work teams, and communities of up to twelve: shared ceremony, collective release, and the restored connection that follows. In person or online.

Not all medicine is slow. This is my shortest session and, for many people, my most surprising one. Fortalecimientos are strengthenings: precise energetic corrections that find the exact place where your energy answers weak — a pain, a fear, a money worry, a decision that will not resolve — and strengthen it back to neutral, so it stops pulling you off your center. I am certified in Neutral 360 facilitation by Maestro Christopher Olavarrieta, in the line of the Yuen Method developed by Dr. Kam Yuen, and I offer this work alongside the medicine of my Indigenous lineages — naming, as always, which teaching is which.

Here is exactly what happens in your session. First, you name the one thing that is bothering you — in a sentence or two, no long story required, and you never have to relive what happened. Second, I test: through energetic testing I locate precisely where your system goes weak around that issue, sometimes in places you would not have guessed. Third, the fortalecimientos themselves: I make the corrections, one by one, strengthening each weak point back to neutral — you simply rest, and many people feel warmth, lightness, or a letting-go as it happens. Fourth, we test again, together. Most people feel the shift right there — the pain softer, the fear quieter, the decision suddenly walkable. Others notice it unfolding over the days that follow, and both are normal; it is the same truth I tell you about every medicine I offer. And before we close, I tell you plainly what I found and what to notice in the days ahead.

What you walk away with: the specific weakness you came with, strengthened; a body that very often registers the shift before the mind finishes doubting it; and a clear read on whether one session was enough or whether this belongs in your regular rhythm. That is the mejora continua — the continuous improvement: many people return every few weeks with the next thing on their list, the way you would tend a garden rather than rescue it.
